As all can see, there is a poll on the right on what it takes to remain King. I also wanted to open it up to discussion, so please, use this thread for comments and debate.
I will start. As I had mentioned before, I am working on some alternative objectives. These won't directly influence the game, but will be used to break any draws that come up at the end. One thing I had thought of, is if the King is a part of the ones holding/contesting the hill, would he auto win? The last 2 games I have either been dead or severely out of position, so it wouldn't have played a part, but if the King still holds part of the castle when the fighting withdraws, does he continue to hold the castle. I would say yes, as otherwise, I don't think a King can hold. Now, say the Kings doesn't hold any part, then it would fall to a "alternate objective off" between ONLY the players contesting/holding the objective. Ties going to alternate objective, further ties going to those with troops on the hill. What do all of you think?
